Dallas County Commissioners are in a fight with the Dallas County District Attorney over who represents the commissioners in legal matters http://tinyurl.com/yjb3g7x .  As someone who has already fought this battle, I refer them to my case http://www.oag.state.tx.us/opinions/opinions/50abbott/op/2004/htm/ga0153.htm . Unfortunately for the tax payers, I think the Attorney General will allow the commissioners to waste as much money as they want.
