I was suspicious because the date of the divorce decree (1/25/10) pre-dates the collaborative agreement specified date (2/2/10) and I don’t know a judge in any country that would do that – incorporate and after-the-fact agreement. Plus the collaborative agreement says 2/2/10 but isn’t dated by the parties until 8/3/10. The devil is always in the details!
