Oddly enough I got an email today from Jenice Nicholas asking me to represent her, stating that her husband David Luo Nicholas had an out of court agreement for him to pay her $1,100,000.00 plus legal fees, but he has only paid her $227,500.00. I realize it might be a conflict of interest, but maybe you can represent her as well

SB 61: As an educator employed by a Texas School District, do I have a legal obligation to report a driver to CPS for child endangerment if I observe a child under 8 years of age and less than 4 foot 9 inches in height not properly seated in an approved child car seat or booster seat being transported in a passenger vehicle?
